Anuj Kale is the creator of Leewardists, the architecture based comic strip that has a huge following in the architecture and design community. Started in 2014, Leewardists is a platform to know about the importance of design, architecture, sustainability and urban design through the medium of comic art.
Leewardists is a commentary on architects, the profession and the times we live in. Anuj’s work has been published widely including on ArchDaily, Elle Décor Italia, Logical Indian, Indiatimes.com, ScoopWhoop, World Architecture Community, and MID day Mumbai.
Anuj Kale is an architect and urban designer who has spent time working and teaching before committing himself full time to Leewardists. When he is not creating new work he travels the country conducting workshops and sharing his work with students and professionals.
