Sacred Capital
Siddharth Sthalekar | Social Science
A graduate of IIM-Ahmedabad, Siddharth Sthalekar was part of India’s capital markets where he headed India’s largest equity-derivatives and algorithmic trading desk and was a weekly feature on television channels.
However, several burning questions, and a one-day visit to Gandhi Ashram ended up changing the course of his life. In the 4 years that he spent at the Ashram and its associated communities he sought an alignment with his value system.
Various experiments in economics such as the Seva Cafe and Moved By Love allowed him to deepen his understanding of wealth.
Since 2014 he has been working on an intention called ‘Sacred Capital’. As a Registered Investment Adviser, he helps individuals and organisations understand the role of wealth in their lives, particularly in light of the changing paradigms of the 21st Century.
The key, he believes, lies in ‘Engaging with our Wealth‘ and ‘shifting from an Asset Based Approach to an emphasis on Currency Flows’. He structures his engagements through Catalyst Programs and Incubation Programs that he runs with individuals, organisations and communities across the world.
